The Process Flow & Duration Estimation
Please note the importance of understanding the duration of the entire order process.
Step ①：OEM and ODM Communication (1-2 Days)
Initiate the process by providing us with the technical specifications and drawings of your desired designs. We will confirm all details with you before proceeding to the sampling phase.
Step ②：Sampling (7-30 Days)
After finalizing the drawing and quote, we can begin sample production. If no mold is required, there won't be any additional charges except for our labor cost. Typically, USD 100/style with a maximum of 3 different colors. This amount is refundable when you place orders.
Step ③：Mass Production (30-40 Days)
Upon sample approval, we initiate mass production. Every pair of sunglasses and optical frames undergoes meticulous processing using advanced equipment, ensuring they pass through five stages of quality control before shipment.
Note: Preparation of raw materials before production takes 10-30 days.
Step ④：Contract and Payment(1 Day)
Once both parties confirm the proforma invoice details, arrange the 30% deposit before production begins.
Step ⑤：Packaging & Shipping (10-15 Days)
Upon receiving the remaining 70% balance, we will pack and deliver the products to you by air or sea. Choose the option that aligns with your budget and timing.
